Frequestly Asked Questions:
- I haven't received my order confirmation or tracking details? When an order is placed online and tracking details are sent, they go to the email given at the time of purchase. Depending on your email set up these can sometimes fall in your junk folder.
- Can I track my order? Once an order has been dispatched an email is generated with tracking details, orders can then be tracked on the couriers website.
- Can I return my order? If you wish to return yours goods for any reason please see our returns page for more details.
- Can I collect my order? All orders placed online will be dispatched by courier, we cannot set any orders aside for collection. Please contact our showroom if you wish to purchase an item for collection.
- When will I receive my order? Most orders will be dispatched on a 48 hour tracked service. Larger items that require a pallet (eg: ride on lawnmowers etc) will be dispatched on a 3 – 4 day service. Please see our delivery policy for more information.
- Will I receive a VAT invoice? A VAT invoice will be emailed out with every order, depending on your email set up these can sometimes fall in your junk folder.
