How long will my order take to be delivered?

Most orders will be dispatched on a 48 hour tracked service. Larger items that require a pallet (eg: ride on lawnmowers etc) will be dispatched on a 3 – 4 day service. Occasionally delays may occur that are outside our control eg. weather. We will do our best to keep our customers informed of potential delays

What if my order is wrong?

If you’re order arrives and something is wrong with it do not panic, DW Toolshop offer easy, hassle free returns. We are a UK based company and are able to sort any issues quickly and efficiently. For full details please see our Returns Policy

When will my order be dispatched?

Any order placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched that day (with the exception of some bank and public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Orders for larger items that may require pre assembly eg. ride on lawnmowers may take longer to dispatch.

How much will my delivery cost?

All orders over £25 will be shipped to UK and Ireland free of charge. Orders under £25 will be charged at £4.95.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

We will send you an email notification when your order has been shipped. This will contain all relevant information including confirmation of item, shipping address and tracking information if available. DW Toolshop endeavour to keep stock information correct but in the event of a non stock we will notify you with a time scale or an alternative product. You will then have the option to accept or to cancel your order with a full refund.

My order hasn’t turned up, what should I do?
