I haven't received my order confirmation or tracking details? 

When an order is placed online and tracking details are sent, they go to the email given at the time of purchase. Depending on your email set up these can sometimes fall in your junk folder.

 

Will I receive a VAT invoice? 

A VAT invoice will be emailed out with every order, 3 - 4 days after your order confirmation, depending on your email set up these can sometimes fall in your junk folder.

 

Can I track my order? 

Once an order has been dispatched an email is generated with tracking details, orders can then be tracked on the couriers website.

 

Can I return my order?

Can I collect my order? 

All orders placed online will be dispatched by courier, we cannot set any orders aside for collection.

 

When will I receive my order?

Most orders will be dispatched on a 48 hour tracked service. Larger items that require a pallet (eg: ride on lawnmowers etc) will be dispatched on  a 3–4 day service. Please see our delivery policy for more information.

 

Will I be charged duty? 

There will be no extra tariffs, taxes or duties. The final price at the checkout is the price you pay.
