I do not want my items
Should you not want your item after purchasing you can return it within 60 days of receipt unused, unopened and in the manufacturers original packaging.
To do this please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your order and then arrange to have it shipped back to us. Please ensure that a copy of you original paperwork is returned along with the item so we can trace it back. If you are not able to arrange return delivery we can arrange this for you at an additional cost.
We will inspect the item and once satisfied that it is unopened, unused and in saleable condition we will process a refund to your original payment method.
My item arrived incorrectly or damaged
If we have incorrectly supplied an item or it has arrived damaged you must notify our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt. Please include images of any damage.
We will arrange for the item to be uplifted and returned to ourselves. We will then inspect the item and once satisfied as to the defect we will either issue a replacement item or a full refund.
My item has developed a fault outside of the returns period
All our products come with manufacturers warranty as standard. Please contact our customer service team with details of the item and the fault and we will endeavour to fix the issue quickly and easily.
