I hate leaving negative feedback but item arrived only half packaged not in a box the handle and shaft were scuffed and damaged. It almost looked second hand or used the shaft and handle were left exposed and were maybe damaged by the courier. As it was not in a box I feel it was maybe returned or B-Stock. It should not have been sent out like this, I was very disappointed. I emailed DW Tools and they did apologise and offered me 10% off any future purchase. Whilst I appreciate that, the tool was did not look new and was sent out in bad exposed packaging which is not acceptable.
Arrived well packaged, meter works as it should although I haven't had chance to use it properly as yet so too early to give proper review.

This looks about 20 years old! Covered in dust and old price stickers certainly should never have been sold as new. The multi tool is useless, none of the spanner sizes fit my bike. Absolute rubbish.
After ordering pads which seemed similar to Hilka pads a couple of times in the past, from local popular pick-up outlets, and being disappointed in them, I decided to order direct from Hilka, even if I may have to wait a bit. I was amazed that they arrived next day, and performed perfectly. Also very competitively priced. Won't be using inferior pads again, false economy!

Received the item within the time frame for delivery. Unfortunately it was damaged when opened. No problem, when I phoned DW a replacement was sent immediately. Ver pleased with my purchase

After storm eowyn i was in need of a chainsaw, having previously purchased some Kress tools from DW Tools and being very impressed with their service including a warranty repair they where my first port of call. After a quick search on their website I placed my order late on a Friday night and it was despatched on the Monday and delivered the following day. They're a great company to deal with and I'd recommend them to anyone. The selection of tools and equipment they have at their physical store is amazing, the store is vast and the staff working there are very friendly and knowledgeable.
This headtorch is the BEST light you could buy, I highly recommend, I had purchased the same ones nearly 10 years ago but the straps have worn and have lost their elasticity due to me putting them over hats, but the torch itself is nearly indestructible, a must buy 10/10
