The ONE+ file sander has a variable speed up to 630m/min which provides the power for fast stock removal or finer control to suit a variety of materials and applications. Using the highest speed, you can quickly sharpen metal blades, grind metals and file down welds and protruding nails or screws. Lower speed settings can be used for sculpting wood, sculpting complex shapes out of tile and completing applications with delicate materials without the risk of burning them.
A handy lock-on switch means you can easily rotate and move the tool around your workpiece, whilst maintaining a consistent speed output. This also provides extra comfort when using the tool for extended periods of time.
The file sander comes with three 13x457mm sanding belts which can be easily switched using the simple lever mechanism. This widely available size means you can replace the belt with any brand! For further convenience, the file has a tool-less tracking adjustment system for easy alignment and correction of the belt.
