Product Overview
The Sealey PWH616 is an auto darkening welding helmet with a powered air purifying respirator (PAPR).
It's lithium battery powered respirator unit provides the user with a constant filtered stream of air to their head and face for up to approximately 8 hours.
The filter is designed to reduce or remove dust and particles but not vapours and gases.
This kit meets performance class TH1 according to EN 12941:1998/A2:2008.
The PWH616 has adjustable airflow settings of 150/180/210L/min.
It features an audible alarm to alert user of low battery/low airflow.
The inner hood has a protective clear visor to BS EN166 standards.
The welding helmet has adjustable shade control from 9-13 & 5-8 and features fully automatic switching from light to dark on striking arc @ 1/25,000s.
A solar panel provides power supply to the welding helmet which has a contoured design with adjustable headband for added comfort.
This is suitable for MIG, TIG and arc welding and complies with all BS EN379, EN175, EN166, EN12941 and DIN standards.
