The Trend C220X1/4TC Intumescent Cutter is a bearing guided intumescent strip cutter for routing the groove for intumescent strip in a frame or door.
To suit 4mm thick strip of 15mm width. Intumescent strip is used to create an effective barrier to both fire and smoke.

- Bearing guide ensures the correct 4mm depth and 15mm width is always achieved to meet Fire Regulations.
- 1/4in shank, ideal for easy control with smaller routers. Position of groove can be altered with the router plunge for correct setting for 45 minutes fire and smoke protection.
- PTFE coating to minimise heat and resin build up for increased cutter performance and longevity.
- 1/4in shank for easy control in smaller routers with 'K'mark shank to ensure safe working practices.
